Our MissionFounded in 2015, Project NENA is a non profit organization that partners with and assists under-served North and Northeast Nashville residents by providing a holistic and innovative approach to foster communities that are inclusive, restorative, and sustainable.
Our mission Project NENA’s mission is to improve the lives of families and children of Northeast Nashville by connecting people, resources, and skills in the following areas: Housing Education Employment Substance Abuse Mental Health Hunger Financial Counseling Prison Reentry As Nashville has grown dramatically, we work to bring necessary resources together with communities in need to improve the outcome for ALL of Nashville residents. Though our gift giving program over the past 6 years, we have been able to uncover the resources needed in Nashville communities to help better assist residents in become self-sustaining and thriving along side the rest of Nashville. When you support Project NENA, you support the many needs of our Northeast Nashville communities. From helping families during the holidays to advocating and assisting those who are being displaced due to gentrification ... our mission is based on the concept of simply loving and assisting your neighbor when times are good and bad.
